If you feel that you are due a refund, please send an email to: John@RacePaceFoods.com clearly stating your issue and your order number. We will reply and work to resolve the situation.
If you purchase products that contain chocolate, they may melt during transit. We suggest that you refrigerate all chocolate products as soon as you receive them to restore consistency.
